travels outside of new york city

As much as I am in love with New York, I really enjoy going to places a little farther afoot than Brooklyn or Staten Island. Of course, there are certain things I zero in on wherever I go, from Las Vegas to Macau.

The neon sign of the Flamingo hotel.

Two views of one neon sign.

The exterior of Binion's Horseshoe.

Fish and laundry in Midlevels.

Hong Kong neon sign.

One of the buddhas at the temple of 10,000 Buddhas.

Wo On Lane.

A birdcage maker.

Yuen Po Street Bird Garden.

A dragonboat.

Ladder Street.

A flophouse in Macau.

Musicians play Chinese opera.

A line of scooters.

Rua Da Ressurreciao, Macau.

One of many pedicab operators in Macau.

Barber's chair, Eastern State Penitentiary.
